Social Sector Solutions for Social Enterprises is a 15-week strategy consultation offered to five select social enterprises – impact-driven organizations with a sustainable business model. The course is designed to help social enterprise clients achieve greater impact by addressing their most important strategic challenges with data and values driven decision making support. Instructors
Nora Silver Nora Silver has founded and run three social sector organizations, served as a board chair, and consulted with more than 200 organizations worldwide including nonprofits, social enterprises, businesses, governments, foundations, and universities on strategy, planning, self-assessment, and cross-sector collaboration.
   
Joe Dougherty Joe Dougherty is Associate Partner at Dalberg and leads the San Francisco office. He has served as a trusted advisor to social enterprises, government agencies, foundations and corporations for twenty years and has worked in thirty countries.  He served as Vice President of an award-winning social enterprise and has taught graduate courses in consulting skills and project management at The Johns Hopkins University and at UNC Wilmington.
   
Lalitha Vaidyanathan Lalitha Vaidyanathan is Managing Director at FSG. She will lead the FSG team of coaches and guest instructors. Her clients in the US include Medtronic, Mattel, UnitedHealth Group, McKesson, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Metrowest Community Health Care Foundation, and the Greater New Orleans Foundation. Lalitha started her consulting career with McKinsey & Company, advising financial services and technology companies She subsequently co-founded and ran a venture-backed technology company in San Francisco. Lalitha has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
