From Philanthropy Fellow to Marshall-Motley Scholar

Cam Humphrey, a Philanthropy Fellow at CSSL, has been selected to join the fourth cohort of the Marshall-Motley Scholars Program, which is awarded by the Legal Defense Fund. This program is committed to cultivating the next generation of civil rights attorneys in the South, equipping them with exceptional legal advocacy skills to advance racial justice. Congratulations to Cam on this milestone in his professional journey!

Developing the New Leader

Social impact is a way of life, not just a job title. CSSL alumni work across all sectors as nonprofit founders and board members, philanthropists, strategic consultants, corporate executives, and more.

Effecting large-scale change requires a unique set of skills and characteristics. Social impact leaders must be flexible, bold, empathetic, and creative. Since 2005, CSSL has been  developing leaders with the talent and commitment to transform organizations and communities to create a world that works for all.
